Although there is only check warranty in physical stores, kitchenkraft.pk provides 3 days Replacement guarantee for our valued customers if any of the following condition is there:
- If the product is faulty, we recommend you to please call/whatsapp us on our official Cell No. 0300-0500716 and register your complaint on same delivery day. Our Technical team will call you back, enquire about complaint, brief/guide about complete operational procedure. Most probably, your problem will be resolved because we send all products after checking.
- In Case, you think the product is faulty, Please Share its video mentioning Fault with us to our Whatsapp 0300-0500716 our technical team will evaluate it. Sometimes its lack of operational guideline for which our technical expert team will guide you. But if fault established, please send us back to our office, we will replace it happily.
- If the product is entirely different than the product you ordered, you only required to send us the product and we will happily replace. In this case we will bear its two-way shipment charges as well.
- If you don’t like the product, and want to exchange it with other one, NO PROBLEM. We will happily replace the product. All you need to do is to notify us through call on 0320-0003132. Send us Product on our given Address with its invoice, and Written Note of new Desired product. Our quality customer team will check the product and packaging and ensure that the product is not used, then we will send you the new product. The only thing you need to pay is, two-way shipment charges.
- Please do Make video while unboxing parcel, We will accommodate any damage/broken product complaint, if customer has Unboxing Video.
